Scientists track diet shifts as patients start ozempic

NCT ID NCT07001553

Summary

This study aimed to understand how people's diets change when they start taking GLP-1 agonist medications like Ozempic for weight loss or diabetes. Researchers followed 37 adults in Australia for 3 months, asking them to complete online food diaries and surveys. The main goal was to see if this type of remote dietary tracking was a practical way to gather information.
