9-Day diet tested before breast cancer surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether women with early-stage breast cancer can stick to a special diet (ketogenic or low-protein) for about 9 days before their surgery. The goal is not to treat the cancer directly, but to see if the diet is feasible and to study how it affects cancer cells and the body. About 75 women will participate, and researchers will check diet compliance and analyze tumor samples.
