Summary
This study tests whether a daily dietary supplement containing fiber and plant compounds can reduce brain inflammation in overweight women going through menopause. The goal is to see if changing gut bacteria through diet can protect brain health and lower the risk of cognitive decline. Researchers will enroll 120 women aged 35-60 and use brain scans, blood tests, and stool samples to measure effects over six months.
