Summary
This study looked at whether following a healthy diet (based on the Alternative Healthy Eating Index) could help reduce pain and improve quality of life in women with endometriosis. 109 women with confirmed endometriosis and significant pain took part. Researchers measured pain levels, medication use, and inflammatory markers in the blood.
