Summary

This study tests if a diet rich in fiber and fermented foods can reduce core ADHD symptoms in adults aged 18-50. Two hundred participants will be randomly assigned to either this special diet or standard healthy eating advice for 12 weeks. Researchers will track changes in symptoms, mood, thinking skills, and gut health to see if diet can ease ADHD.
