Can a special diet and walking slow down a silent blood disorder?

NCT ID NCT07305662

Summary

This small pilot study is testing whether a 12-week Korean-style Mediterranean diet, combined with tracking daily steps, is a practical lifestyle approach for people with early-stage blood cell conditions (MGUS or smoldering myeloma). Researchers want to see if this diet and activity plan can improve body measurements, reduce inflammation, and potentially influence markers related to the condition. The main goal is to check if participants can stick to the diet plan and to gather early evidence on whether lifestyle changes might help manage health.
