Summary

This study looks at 600 adults who take blood thinners and have a mild head injury but a normal first brain scan. The goal is to find out how often a delayed brain bleed or other problems like blood clots or confusion happen within 24 hours to 4 weeks after the injury. The results will help doctors decide if a 24-hour hospital stay is truly necessary for these patients.
