Summary

This study tests a family cooking program called DICE for children aged 8-14 with type 1 diabetes who struggle with blood sugar control. The program teaches families how to cook healthy meals together, aiming to improve blood sugar levels and reduce health gaps. About 32 children and their caregivers will participate.
