Summary
This study tests whether automated voice messages reminding people with diabetes about their appointments, plus free reading glasses, can increase attendance at diabetes and eye exams. 640 adults recently diagnosed with diabetes in Bangladesh will take part. The goal is to see if these simple tools improve patient care and prevent vision loss from diabetic retinopathy.
