Summary
This study looks at whether adding diabetes medication to standard chemotherapy can help people with advanced pancreatic cancer and diabetes live longer. About 210 adults with metastatic pancreatic cancer and diabetes will receive either chemotherapy alone or chemotherapy plus active diabetes treatment. The main goal is to see if the combination improves overall survival.
