Summary
This study is testing whether a support program can help Chinese immigrants in New York City better manage their Type 2 diabetes. The program combines weekly educational videos with help from a community health worker to address daily challenges. Researchers will compare this approach to usual care to see if it improves blood sugar control and self-management skills.
