This study aims to understand why some people with type 2 diabetes have a harder time controlling their blood sugar and develop kidney problems. Researchers will collect health information, lifestyle details, and blood samples from 1000 adults with diabetes in Mexico. By analyzing this data, they hope to find patterns that can help doctors better predict and manage diabetes complications in the future.
