Summary
This study tests whether a structured lifestyle program can help Malaysian adults with type 2 diabetes achieve remission—meaning blood sugar returns to normal without needing diabetes medication. 92 participants will be randomly assigned to either the lifestyle program or usual care. The goal is to see if weight loss and dietary changes can control the disease long-term.
