Summary
This study looks at whether giving extra support—like phone calls and resources—to people who don't lose weight early in a diabetes prevention program can help them succeed. About 400 Black adults without diabetes but at high risk took part in community settings like churches. The goal is to find better ways to prevent diabetes through weight loss.
