Summary
This study tests an online program to help 2,000 women who had gestational diabetes get recommended postpartum diabetes screening and join lifestyle programs to prevent type 2 diabetes. Participants receive standard health information plus up to four extra online tools designed to overcome common barriers to follow-up care. The goal is to see which combination of tools works best to increase screening and prevention uptake.
