NCT ID NCT05801432

First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study follows over 500 adults with type 2 diabetes who had a heart CT scan years ago. Researchers will repeat the scan to see how plaque builds up in heart arteries over time and identify factors that increase risk. The goal is to better understand heart disease in diabetes, not to test a new treatment.
