Summary
This study is collecting information from 3000 Italian adults with type 2 diabetes to understand their risk for heart disease and see how well their current treatments follow medical guidelines. Researchers will observe patients during regular doctor visits without changing their care. The goal is to create a clearer picture of diabetes management in real-world settings to help improve future patient care.
