1000 diabetics to get heart scans in quest to predict attacks

Summary
This study follows 1000 adults with type 2 diabetes who have already had a heart CT scan. Researchers will repeat the scan to measure how fatty plaque builds up in heart arteries over time. The goal is to better understand which patients are at highest risk for heart attacks, without testing any new treatment.
