Summary
This study tests three ways to help older adults (60+) with type 2 diabetes who live in nursing homes manage their blood sugar. One group uses gentle electrical pulses on leg muscles, another does supervised exercise, and a third gets health education. The goal is to see which approach works best for lowering fasting blood sugar over 12 weeks.
