Summary
This study tested whether diabetes education classes designed specifically for Hispanic men could help them manage their type 2 diabetes better. It involved 40 Hispanic men aged 18-64 in the Middle Atlantic U.S. The goal was to see if these tailored classes improved their eating, exercise, and medication habits.
