Summary
This study is testing if a heart failure medication might also help people with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes. Researchers want to see if the drug helps the body keep more of a natural hormone that lowers blood sugar after eating. The trial involves 25 adults and compares the effects of the heart drug against a standard blood pressure medication.
