Summary

This study is testing whether dapagliflozin, a medication typically used for diabetes, can help treat depression. It will involve 60 adults with depression who haven't responded well to standard treatments. Researchers will measure changes in depression symptoms and quality of life to see if this drug offers a new treatment option.
