First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a continuous glucose monitor (Freestyle Libre) can help track blood sugar levels in diabetic patients starting chemotherapy. 103 adults with diabetes and cancer wore the device to see how often their blood sugar went too low or too high. The goal was to learn if closer monitoring could improve safety and care during treatment.
