Summary

This study looked at whether using a continuous glucose monitor and working with a clinical pharmacist can improve blood sugar control in uninsured Black and Hispanic patients with type 2 diabetes. Twenty participants used the monitor and received medication management from a pharmacist. The goal was to lower hemoglobin A1c levels and improve quality of life.
