Summary

This study tested a computer system that gives personalized advice to people with type 1 diabetes based on their continuous glucose monitor readings. The goal was to see if tailoring advice to each person's behavior and mindset could improve blood sugar control better than standard sensor-augmented pump therapy. 88 adults with type 1 diabetes took part. The system aims to reduce dangerous low blood sugar episodes and keep glucose in a healthy range.
