Heart bypass patients: which sedative keeps your mind clear?

Summary

This study compares two sedative drugs, dexmedetomidine and midazolam, to see which one is better at preventing confusion (delirium) after heart bypass surgery. About 60 adults having elective bypass surgery will take part. The goal is to find out if one drug leads to fewer cases of postoperative confusion.
