Summary
This study tests two low-dose medicines (dexmedetomidine and ketamine) in 60 adults with three or more broken ribs who are not having surgery. The goal is to see which drug better helps the diaphragm work, reduces pain, and lowers inflammation. Participants will receive one of the drugs through an IV and be monitored for five days.
