Summary
This study tests whether a new version of the anti-inflammatory drug dexamethasone, called dexamethasone palmitate, can better prevent moderate-to-severe pain after surgery compared to the standard form. About 446 adults aged 18-65 having various surgeries will receive the drug before their operation. The goal is to see if it reduces pain and the need for strong painkillers like opioids.
