Summary

This study compares two doses of dexamethasone (a steroid) given during gallbladder surgery to see which works better for reducing nausea, pain, and inflammation after the operation. About 135 adults having laparoscopic gallbladder removal will be randomly assigned to receive either a moderate or high dose of the drug.
