Summary
This study follows 270 adults having knee replacement surgery to see if the steroid dexamethasone (given as a pill or through a vein) helps with early recovery. Researchers will measure pain, mobility, nausea, and need for extra painkillers. The study does not assign treatments—patients follow their own surgeon's usual practice.
