Summary

This study tests whether dexmedetomidine, a sedative and painkiller, can lower pain and prevent confusion (delirium) after brain surgery. Sixty adults having elective brain tumor removal will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to improve recovery and reduce the need for strong painkillers like morphine.
