Summary
This study tested whether giving mothers of very premature babies (born 22-32 weeks) special education about developmental care helps them feel more confident and attached to their baby. 54 mothers participated while their babies were in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). The education included a brochure and personalized guidance. Researchers measured self-efficacy and attachment before and after the program.
