New scans aim to catch Chemo's hidden heart damage in kids sooner

Summary
This study is testing whether newer, more sensitive heart scans can detect heart damage caused by chemotherapy and other cancer treatments earlier in children, teens, and young adult cancer survivors. It will follow 400 young people who have had cancer treatment to see if these scans spot problems sooner than current standard tests. The goal is to find heart issues early to help prevent them from getting worse.
