First seen Apr 10, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at the immune system of people with desmoid tumors, a rare growth of connective tissue. Researchers will analyze blood and tumor samples from 200 participants who are either being watched without treatment or receiving therapy. The goal is to find biological markers that can predict whether the tumor will shrink, stay stable, or grow.
