Can an online program ease depression in seniors with mobility issues?

Summary

This study tests an internet-based therapy program called Empower@Home for older adults (50+) with walking difficulties who have mild or more depression symptoms. 64 participants will be randomly assigned to either the program or enhanced usual care. The goal is to see if the program improves mood and social engagement compared to standard care.
