New online program aims to lift depression in seniors with mobility issues

Summary

This study tests an internet-based therapy program called Empower@Home for older adults (50+) who have trouble walking and feel depressed. About 64 participants will either get the online therapy with coach support or standard care. The goal is to see if the program reduces depression and helps people feel more connected and active.
