Summary
This study follows 204 people with depression to see if brain activity and genetic tests can predict who can safely stop taking antidepressants without relapsing. Participants will have brain wave tests, sleep recordings, and blood draws during treatment. The goal is to find biological signs that show when the brain has returned to normal, so doctors can make safer decisions about stopping medication.
