Summary

This study looks at a program called CATCH-IT, designed to prevent depression in teenagers aged 13 to 18 who have mild symptoms but are not currently depressed. Researchers will work with 400 teens from different healthcare systems to see how well the program works and how easy it is to use. The goal is to find a practical way to help teens build coping skills and avoid serious depression.
