Teens with lupus: depression may keep them from clinic – app aims to help
NCT ID NCT05693571
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looks at how depression symptoms, like loss of interest, affect whether teens and young adults with lupus keep up with their medical appointments. Researchers will ask 40 participants aged 15–24 from the Bronx to fill out questionnaires and test a mobile health app designed to boost clinic engagement and ease depression. The goal is to see if the app is practical and well-liked, not to cure lupus or depression.
