Can therapy change your Brain's ability to work?
NCT ID NCT07349550
Summary
This study aims to understand how problems with memory, focus, and thinking (cognitive functioning) are related to taking sick leave from work for people with depression and anxiety. Researchers will follow 200 people at risk of sick leave who are receiving a specific therapy (metacognitive therapy) with a focus on work. The main goal is to see if measuring thinking skills can help predict who will return to work after treatment and if therapy improves these skills.
