Can a computer make the dentist less scary for kids?
NCT ID NCT07156396
Summary
This study aims to see if a new computer-controlled numbing device causes less pain and anxiety for children than the standard dental syringe. Researchers will compare the two methods in 28 children, aged 3 to 5, who need a baby tooth pulled. The goal is to find a more comfortable way to give local anesthesia during common dental procedures.
