Summary
This study is testing whether a 'link worker' support program can help adults with severe mental illness, who haven't seen a dentist in over three years, attend a routine dental check-up. The goal is to see if this extra support leads to better oral health and quality of life compared to usual care alone. Researchers will also check if the program is a good use of healthcare resources.
