Summary

This study tests whether giving denosumab every 12 weeks instead of every 4 weeks is just as effective at preventing bone complications (like fractures or spinal cord compression) in people with metastatic breast or prostate cancer. About 1,380 participants will be followed to compare the timing of bone events, side effects, and quality of life. The goal is to see if a less frequent dosing schedule can reduce treatment burden without losing benefit.
