Summary
This study aims to better understand how dementia and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) affect a person's ability to think, perform daily tasks, and manage their mood. Researchers will look back at the medical records of 151 patients to see how these conditions progress over time. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help doctors provide more personalized care in the future.
