NCT ID NCT07482800

First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at how Alzheimer's patients naturally speak and compares it to how dementia is shown in novels. Researchers want to see if fiction matches real-life memory loss patterns. The goal is to create a tool that helps doctors spot dementia earlier and helps caregivers be more understanding. About 40 people with early-stage Alzheimer's or mild memory problems will take part, along with healthy volunteers.
