Text messages aim to ease burden on dementia caregivers

NCT ID NCT07461168

Summary

This study tests whether a simple support program can help reduce stress for people caring for loved ones with dementia. Participants who previously took part in an observational study will receive six weeks of educational text messages or emails about caregiving and stress management. The research team wants to see if this low-effort approach is practical and helpful for caregivers dealing with ongoing challenges.
