C-Section vs. natural birth: does it change a Mother's milk?

NCT ID NCT05516940

Summary

This study looked at whether having a baby by C-section or vaginal delivery changes the nutrient makeup of a mother's breast milk. Researchers analyzed milk from 250 healthy mothers in China to compare levels of sugars, fats, and proteins. The goal was to see if any differences in milk composition might be linked to infant health outcomes.
