New cream offers hope for chronic skin condition
NCT ID NCT07335588
Summary
This study is testing whether a new cream called delgocitinib can help adults with lichen sclerosus, a chronic skin condition that often causes itching and pain. About 650 participants will use the cream or a placebo twice daily for a year to see if it improves their skin and reduces symptoms. The trial focuses on female participants initially, as they are more commonly affected, but will later include men.
