Summary
This study tested a cream called delgocitinib, applied twice daily, in 362 Chinese adults and adolescents (ages 12-17) with moderate to severe chronic hand eczema. The main goal was to see if the cream could clear or nearly clear the eczema after 16 weeks compared to a cream without medicine. The study is complete and aims to provide a new treatment option for this persistent skin condition.
