Brain tumor trial: can delaying radiation preserve memory?

Summary
This study is for adults with a specific, slow-growing brain tumor called a low-grade oligodendroglioma. It aims to find out if waiting to give radiation therapy until the tumor shows signs of growing again can help protect patients' memory and thinking skills, compared to starting radiation right away. Both groups will receive chemotherapy, and researchers will carefully track survival and brain function to see if the delayed approach is safe and effective.
